He was professional, responsive and very clean. He always arrived on time, worked within my schedule and even went beyond the quoted work by cleaning debris off my roof and collecting it together for disposal. When the initial door gasket the manufacturer suggested for my stove was too big, he was vigilant and ordered other different sizes in order to complete the job.
